In November of 1980, Spindel was awarded a location assignment that would forever change the face of his career. Spindel arrived at The Hit Factory completely unaware that he would be photographing John Lennon and Yoko Ono. The rest is history. Spindel is honored and forever grateful for the opportunity to create indelible images of perhaps the most beloved and respected man in music history.
